ROBERT (BOB) A. SHELTON has been active as a commercial real estate broker in New Mexico for the past 28 years. Prior to living in New Mexico, Mr. Shelton was president and CEO of RPM Unlimited, Inc., an automotive after-market corporation. RPM serviced the Southern California market in the distribution of auto parts, rebuilt engines, and custom machine shop services.
As a commercial broker, Bob Shelton has specialized in office, land, retail and industrial sales and leasing with a career volume in Las Cruces exceeding $65 million in closed transactions.
TRUST
In addition to his position as associate broker with Steinborn Inc., REALTORS, Bob Shelton has been active with the Las Cruces Association of REALTORS as committee chairman and founder of the commercial committee and local marketing sessions. In the past, he also has been a member of the legislative committee, been a member of the computer committee and the professional standards committee.
INTEGRITY
Bob Shelton has served as an emergency services volunteer for the American Red Cross, Department of Defense, several cities in the Southern California area and the American Radio Relay League, Inc. He was also communications coordinator for the Dona Ana County Civil Preparedness office and a member of Dona Ana Search and Rescue in Las Cruces.
Bob is the father of three boys. His hobbies include video production, bike riding, woodworking, computers, ham radio, and weightlifting.

PHYLLIS MALENFANT
For the past 5 years as an Associate Broker and assistant to Bob Shelton, Phyllis has been actively working with people from all around the country looking to make Las Cruces the area in which to live and to find their dream home.
TRUST
Before moving to Las Cruces, Phyllis resided in Albuquerque, New Mexico and spent many years of her life as an Office Manager for a well know Podiatrist. Meeting new people on a daily basis she developed excellent public relations skills. She still makes these skills her number one priority in the real estate residential business today. She will always devote every hour she spends with her clients making sure they get 100% professionalism and persistence from her, and she will always go the extra mile to insure her clients total satisfaction and she will never give up until they HAVE FOUND that perfect home in which to live.
Phyllis is the mother of two daughters and one son. When she has spare time, which does not always happen too often, she enjoys fishing, walking and jewelry making.
